Job Summary:

Agency Cybersecurity is hiring a full‑time, on‑site People Ops Assistant to be the first point of contact for employees at our NYC headquarters. You’ll coordinate Day 1 onboarding, support recruitment, maintain our Rippling HRIS, support office culture events, and keep critical compliance records audit‑ready as we scale. This entry‑level role combines hands‑on HR administration with daily face‑to‑face interaction across the company, offering a fast track to People Ops Coordinator or Specialist within 18–24 months.

What makes you a great fit

• 0–2 years of HR, People Ops, recruiting‑coordination or office‑management experience (internships count).
• Comfortable working 100 % on‑site in NYC Monday–Friday, 9 am–6 pm.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace; familiarity with any HRIS (Rippling, Workday, BambooHR, etc.) is a plus.
• Impeccable attention to detail—especially when handling employee data, background checks and federal I‑9 documentation.

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $52,000 – $58,000 USD per year
• Annual performance bonus
