Part-Time Cybersecurity Vendor Management Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Vendor Management Assistant to support our cybersecurity analysts in collecting, analyzing, and documenting information about vendors. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated student looking to gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity and compliance while working in a professional office environment.


Responsibilities:

Assist in researching and gathering security-related information about third-party vendors

Support cybersecurity analysts in preparing and drafting vendor risk assessment reports

Organize and maintain documentation related to vendor security evaluations

Ensure reports and documentation adhere to high professional and quality standards

Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams regarding vendor assessments


Qualifications & Requirements:

Exceptional written communication skills – clarity, precision, and attention to detail are a must

Strong analytical and organizational abilities

Ability to follow high professional standards and work with accuracy

Interest in cybersecurity, compliance, or IT risk management

Comfortable working independently and managing tasks efficiently

Must be able to work on-site in a professional office setting
